Setting up insurers

From their home page the super-user confirms the settings for each available insurer extranet.

Click on the person icon in the top right of the screen and select Broker setup.

From the next screen, select Product setup from the left hand menu.

The available insurer extranets and integrations are displayed, with a choice of rules for the brokerage:

• Always quote – agents should use this extranet for all quotes
• Default quote – this extranet will be automatically searched for all quotes
• Optional quote – agents may choose whether or not to search this extranet
• Never quote – agents may not / are not able to use this extranet

The super-user selects the required rule for each extranet to be applied for their brokerage.
