Adding insurer credentials

Important: Before starting their first quote journey, each agent must fill in their credentials details for each insurer extranet. This allows Extranet HUB to successfully search and return quotes from that extranet.

Click on the person icon in the top right of the screen and select My Account.

From the next screen, the agent selects Extranet Credentials from the left hand menu and enters the required details for each extranet.

If extranet credentials are not entered for a particular insurer, a validation message will be displayed on the pre-quote market selection page, prompting the user to fill in these details – otherwise the user cannot submit a quote to that insurer.
